In the resolutions passed, it is noteworthy that the People's Council of Phu Ninh district agreed on the tasks and budget for establishing a detailed 1/500 planning project for the restoration, upgrading and expansion of the Phan Chau Trinh Memorial House (Tay Loc village, Tam Loc commune, Phu Ninh).
Regarding the scale, scope and planning boundary, according to the submission of the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district, the original relic area and the planned expansion of the relic campus: Take the center of the current memorial house as the central axis to the current DH10.PN concrete road, from the center line take to both sides 45.5m each side. Thus, the survey scope of the original relic area and the planned expansion area is 10,000m2 .
The planned resettlement area, according to the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district, surveyed the area in front of the relic on the other side of DH10.PN road from the edge of DH10.PN road to the southeast 40m, along the concrete road 140m. The surveyed area of the resettlement area and in front of the relic is 36.5m x 57m = 2,080m 2 . The total planned area is expected to be 12,080m 2 , the planning estimate is more than 215 million VND, from the provincial budget.
The establishment of a 1/500 detailed plan for the project to renovate, upgrade and expand the Phan Chau Trinh Memorial House will bring positive changes to the conservation and promotion of the relic's value.
Regarding this content, the review of the Economic - Social Committee of the People's Council of Phu Ninh district believes that the establishment of tasks and detailed planning of 1,500 projects to restore, upgrade and expand the Phan Chau Trinh Memorial House relic site aims to contribute to the preservation and promotion of the values of the relic in a long-term and sustainable manner; in line with the socio-economic development orientation of Tam Loc commune in particular and Phu Ninh district in general; necessary, in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws.
