HDBank successfully mobilized 1,500 billion VND in bonds

HDBank has just successfully mobilized two bond lots HDBL2427028 and HDBL2431029 with a total issuance value of VND 1,500 billion.

Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank, MCK: HDB) has just announced to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) the results of its bond issuance. Accordingly, on December 24, 2024, HDBank issued 1,000 bonds with code HDBL2427028 with a face value of VND 1 billion/bond; equivalent to an issuance value of VND 1,000 billion. With a term of 3 years, the above bond lot is expected to mature on December 24, 2027. Also on December 24, 2024, HDBank also issued bond lot HDBL2431029 with an issuance value of VND 500 billion. This bond lot has a term of 7 years, expected to mature on December 24, 2031. Just one day earlier (December 23, 2024), HDBank successfully issued 1,150 bonds coded HDBH2429027 to the domestic market. The bonds have a face value of VND 1 billion/bond, a total issuance value of VND 1,150 billion, a term of 5 years, and are expected to mature on December 23, 2029. Previously, HDBank also mobilized VND 850 billion through the issuance of 850 bonds coded HDBL2426026. With a term of 2 years, the bond batch is expected to mature on December 20, 2026. On the other hand, from December 22, 2024 to December 23, 2024, HDBank bought back the entire batch of bonds coded HDBL2125017 1 year ahead of schedule. It is known that this bond lot has a face value of 1 billion VND/bond, a total issuance value of 600 billion VND, and is expected to mature on December 22, 2025. Regarding the business situation at HDBank, after 9 months of 2024, this bank recorded pre-tax profit of 12,655 billion VND, an increase of 46.6% over the same period last year, reaching 79.8% of the yearly plan. As of September 30, 2024, HDBank's total consolidated assets were 629,000 billion VND, outstanding loans were 412,000 billion VND, an increase of 16.6% since the beginning of the year.
