The program is held on the campus of the Center for Supporting the Development of InclusiveEducation .

The fashion collection from used fabrics was designed by designer Thu Le - General Director of Era Entertainment and Media Event Organization Company Limited, Head of the Program Organizing Committee. The fashion collection is made from many pieces of scrap fabric, creating a very unique, very innovative, highly applicable impression, recycled, remade, created and sewn into meaningful outfits.
