The festival has developed over many centuries, passed down from generation to generation, and is closely linked to the long history and development of the land and people of this region.
This affirms the cultural and spiritual value, the inherent vitality, and the enduring strength of the Festival in the spiritual life of the people. The Festival is not only a precious cultural heritage but also a unique and attractive tourism product of the whole country in general and the Do Son area of Hai Phong in particular.
