In addition, Ninh Binh focuses on promoting science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and green transformation to improve efficiency in all fields.

The planning of Ninh Binh province has received the approval of the people and the business community. Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, a local resident, shared: "I believe that with this direction, Ninh Binh will both maintain its identity and develop modernly."
