According to Dan Tri reporter, from 1:00 p.m., the main entrance leading to the visiting space on the first floor of the museum is always packed with people.

The Vietnam Military History Museum consists of 4 floors above ground and 1 basement but is not 100% complete. Currently, the management board has only opened the first floor for visitors from 8am to 11am in the morning and from 1pm to 4:30pm in the afternoon on weekdays.

At 8:00 a.m. on November 10, Mr. Bui Van Tinh and 4 family members departed from Pho Yen (Thai Nguyen) to Hanoi to visit the Vietnam Military History Museum. After about 1 hour of traveling, Mr. Tinh's family arrived at the intersection of Tran Duy Hung - Thang Long Avenue. However, it took Mr. Tinh more than 2 hours to get from this intersection to the museum.

“At 9am, the area at the beginning of Thang Long Avenue was congested for about 3km, making it extremely difficult to move around. I didn’t think so many people would come to the museum today,” Tinh shared. When visiting the museum, Tinh’s two sons and nephew were very excited to see the historical artifacts.

On the morning of November 10, Ly Dieu Thuong (19 years old, student of Thai Nguyen University of Science) and other students of the school visited the Vietnam Military History Museum. After more than an hour of traffic jam on Thang Long Avenue, Thuong's group arrived at the museum.

“When I entered the museum, visited and learned about historical values, I felt extremely proud of the glorious feats of our ancestors,” Dieu Thuong shared.

The museum's parking lot with a capacity of more than 1,000 cars was full, with cars lining up on Thang Long Avenue.

The Vietnam Military History Museum was built by the Ministry of National Defense in 2019 on an area of ​​386,600m2, featuring a 45m high Victory Tower in the front yard. The main building has 4 floors above ground and one ground floor. The total investment is about 2,500 billion VND. The museum preserves more than 150,000 artifacts, including 4 national treasures and many military equipment.
