About 6,000 soldiers and more than 200 pieces of defense equipment, including K2 main battle tanks, K9 self-propelled guns and Chunmoo multiple rocket launchers, took part in the parade at Gwanghwamun Square. (Source: KBS News)
Speaking at the parade, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol affirmed his commitment to building a strong military to ensure peace in the country.
