The leaders of Ha Long City Party Committee (Quang Ninh) have just awarded retirement decisions to 12 leaders of communes, wards and units who voluntarily applied for early retirement to serve the work of restructuring the apparatus.
On the morning of February 14, the Ha Long City Party Committee (Quang Ninh) held a meeting with officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, who are still old enough to be re-elected but have submitted applications for early retirement according to the policy of reorganizing and streamlining the apparatus of the Central, the province and the city.
This is also one of the leading localities in Quang Ninh province in effectively implementing the restructuring of the apparatus and streamlining of staff.

The cases of early retirement in Ha Long City this time include: Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Lam Ward; Party Secretary of Tuan Chau Ward; Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Vu Oai Commune; Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ky Thuong Commune; Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Yet Kieu Ward; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tran Hung Dao Ward; Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Yet Kieu Ward; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thong Nhat Commune; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Phong Ward; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cao Thang Ward; Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee.
Among them, there are many people aged 47-50.
At the conference, Mr. Vu Quyet Tien, Secretary of Ha Long City Party Committee, praised the pioneering, exemplary and responsible spirit of 12 leaders at commune, ward and unit levels who submitted applications for early retirement this time.
"The decision to retire early while still being old enough to be re-elected to work has demonstrated the exemplary spirit of cadres and party members. This is something very valuable and needs to be honored, an example for cadres and party members in the entire political system of the city to learn from," said Mr. Tien.
Ms. Bui Thi Thu Nguyen (born in 1973), Deputy Head of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Ha Long City Party Committee, representing 12 leaders of communes, wards and units who applied for early retirement, spoke at the ceremony to receive the decision to retire.
According to Mr. Tien, the implementation of the apparatus arrangement according to Resolution 18 not only helps improve the efficiency of the political system, but also creates conditions for the city in arranging new staff, meeting the requirements of the new situation, contributing to the overall development of the province.
