Based on Reddit posts and Garmin's official forums, this issue has affected a large number of users. The problem appears on multiple devices such as the Garmin Venu 3, Garmin Forerunner 965, etc.
Many believe the issue may stem from a software update. The Connect IQ platform used to store data may have malfunctioned, causing the smartwatch to shut down unexpectedly.
According to TechRadar , there is currently no complete solution to this problem. Users can only temporarily fix the issue by restarting their device. However, the error will still occur afterward.
In a Reddit response, Garmin stated that it was aware of the issue. The company also revealed that it is investigating the cause of the problem and will release a fix soon. However, Garmin did not specify when the update to fix the bug would be released.
