Based on posts on Reddit and Garmin's official forums, this issue has affected a large number of users. The issue appears on devices such as the Garmin Venu 3, Garmin Forerunner 965,...
Many believe the issue may have been caused by a software update. The Connect IQ platform used to store data may have crashed, causing the smartwatch to shut down.
According to TechRadar , there is currently no complete solution to this problem. Users can only temporarily fix the problem by restarting the device. However, the error will still occur afterwards.
In a response to Reddit, Garmin said it was aware of the issue. The company also revealed that it was investigating the cause of the problem and would release a fix soon. However, Garmin did not specify when it would release a fix.
