Specifically, the securities group with VIX, VCI, VND, FTS, ORS, CTS, AGR, VDS increased sharply; other stocks also increased strongly such as SSI increased by 6.45%, BSI increased by 6.76%...
The construction-real estate group also had a series of stocks that increased to the ceiling: HDC, HHV, VCG, PDR, DIG, NVL, DXG, TCH, NLG, CTD, CII, SCR... The trio of Vingroup also increased quite strongly with VIC increasing by 2.6%, VRE increasing by 2.42% and VHM increasing by 3.9%.
Manufacturing stocks also recorded many purple colors such as DPM, HSG, GVR, SAB, GEX, IDI, ANV... The retail group also traded positively with MWG up 5.41%, DGW up 6.85%, FRT up 5.45%...
The banking group also recorded many stocks increasing strongly: SHB increased by 5.51%, STB increased by 4.88%, BID increased by 4.13%, TCB increased by 4.08%, VPB increased by 2.53%, ACB increased by 3.24%, TPB increased by 3.8%, VIB increased by 3.06%... strengthening the market's upward momentum.
At the end of the trading session, VN-Index increased by 35.81 points (3.44%) to 1,045.47 points with 516 stocks increasing, only 32 stocks decreasing and 26 stocks remaining unchanged. At the end of the session on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX-Index also increased by 8.32 points (3.97%) to 217.97 points with 176 stocks increasing, 39 stocks decreasing and 28 stocks remaining unchanged. Liquidity improved with a total market transaction value of nearly 17,500 billion VND.
In this strong market session, foreign investors continued to net sell with a total net selling value on the HOSE floor of nearly 159 billion VND.
