Meanwhile, in Vietnam, most airlines do not have flights over the airspace of Israel and Iran. Vietnam Airlines has flights but has adjusted the flight path to ensure the safety of crew and passengers.

Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines, said that the airline is currently operating one flight per day from Vietnam to France and has to fly over the airspace of Israel and Iran. However, since April 11, the airline has proactively adjusted this flight and will not fly over the airspace of these two countries.

"The adjustment will make the flight longer and increase the cost. However, due to the war, to ensure absolute safety for passengers and crew, we are ready to adjust the flight route and this is also the airline's normal operation whenever an incident occurs," said Mr. Tuan.

Meanwhile, representatives of other airlines, Vietjet and Bamboo Airways, said that their airlines have not yet exploited the European market and are therefore not affected by this incident.

The representative of the Civil Aviation Authority also confirmed that Vietnam currently has only one airline operating flights to France, Vietnam Airlines. However, because the airline has adjusted its flight schedule to ensure safety, there are currently no flights flying over the airspace of Israel and Iran.

It is known that immediately after Iran attacked Israel with drones and missiles on the night of April 13 (early morning of April 14, Hanoi time), many airlines around the world stopped flying over this hot spot.

According to Reuters , Kuwait Airways announced that it was redirecting all flights to and from the tense area in the Middle East due to the unstable security situation on the morning of April 14.

United Airlines of the US canceled a flight from Newark (New Jersey) to Tel Aviv (Israel) on April 13 (local time) due to chaos in Israeli airspace.

Australian national airline Qantas also adjusted the flight path of flights between Perth (Australia) and London (UK) due to security concerns when flying over the Middle East.

Earlier on April 12, German national airline Lufthansa Airlines extended the suspension of flights to and from Tehran (Iran), and the airline will not fly into Iranian airspace until April 18.
