Two metro lines attract nearly 75 thousand passengers during Tet

Hanoi Railway Company Limited said that the two train lines Nhon - Hanoi Station, Cat Linh - Ha Dong attracted nearly 75 thousand passengers during the Lunar New Year holiday.

Hanoi Railway One Member Co., Ltd. has just announced the results of Hanoi urban railway operations during the Lunar New Year 2025 and train running time information for Line 3.1 Nhon - Hanoi Station.

Accordingly, during the 5 days of Lunar New Year (from January 26 to January 31, 2025), the 2 urban railway lines completed 100% of passenger trains according to the plan. Specifically, a total of 2 lines operated 1,780 passenger trains with a distance of 19,316km. (Cat Linh - Ha Dong line 900 trains; Nhon - Hanoi station line 880 trains.

Regarding passenger volume, the two routes reached 74,503 passengers, of which the Cat Linh - Ha Dong route had over 50,900 passengers, an increase of 15.0% over the same period in 2024; the Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station route had over 23,500 passengers.

Regarding train running time on the Nhon - Hanoi station route, from February 3, 2025, the operator will start operating according to the standard schedule: Weekdays, train running time is from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 10-minute interval/trip, 6-minute interval/trip during peak hours.

Saturday, Sunday, holidays: Train running time from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm, every 10 minutes.
