Hai Phong appoints leader of Market Management Department

According to Decision 1148/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, concurrently holds the position of Head of the Market Management Department under the Department of Industry and Trade until the position of Head of the Market Management Department is completed and in accordance with the provisions of law.

Previously, the City People's Committee issued Decision 1091/QD-UBND on receiving and reorganizing the Hai Phong City Market Management Department into the Market Management Sub-Department under the Department of Industry and Trade.

The Market Management Department has 2 specialized and professional departments and 7 Market Management Teams. Specifically: Organization - Administration Department; Professional - General Department. Market management teams include: Market Management Team No. 1 (performing tasks in Kien An district and An Lao district); Market Management Team No. 2 (performing mobile tasks against counterfeit goods, monitoring e-commerce activities in the city); Market Management Team No. 3 (performing tasks in Tien Lang district and Vinh Bao district); Market Management Team No. 4 (performing tasks in Do Son, Duong Kinh districts and Kien Thuy district); Market Management Team No. 5 (performing tasks in Thuy Nguyen city and Hong Bang district); Market Management Team No. 6 (performing tasks in An Duong district and Le Chan district); Market Management Team No. 7 (performing tasks in Ngo Quyen district, Hai An district, Cat Hai district and Bach Long Vy district).
