The clip recorded the scene of a man assaulting two female students after a collision on the road.
On the afternoon of September 30, speaking with a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper , NVAT (17 years old), currently studying in District 12, said he was the victim in the viral clip.
T. reported to the local police, went to the hospital for a health check and requested a certificate of disability after being assaulted in the street.
Before that, at around 10am on September 29, T. took her friend out to eat. While traveling on Song Hanh Street (Trung Chanh Commune, Hoc Mon District), the two female students suddenly collided with a man (about 35 years old) who was also driving a motorbike.
A resident's camera recorded that after the collision, the man continued to hit the back of the two female students' car, using his hands to attack and repeatedly hit the female student's head.
T. said the man beat and cursed at the two female students, and also threw the cigarette he was smoking at their faces.
"At that time, we were so scared that we could only apologize. After calming down, I called my family and reported to the Trung Chanh commune police. Yesterday afternoon, after waking up, I had pain in my ears and the back of my neck, so I went to the hospital to get checked and get a certificate of disability assessment," T. recalled.
The female student said that although her health was not stable, she still tried to go to school today because she had a test today.
