Vietnam has a high proportion of young people, is a very attractive market, and attracts many businesses. 50 Austrian businesses are operating in Vietnam and the investment capital is about 500 million Euros. This is a good number, but the potential for cooperation is still very large. The same goes for Vietnam's investment potential in Austria. The two countries have had various cooperation agreements, such as dual training, continuing preferential loans to implement Austria's sustainable development projects in Vietnam.

The Austrian leader also shared that bilateral relations are developing very dynamically and Vietnam is an important partner of the EU in Asia, especially after the EVFTA Agreement came into effect, contributing significantly to the economy and trade of both sides. The good cooperation between the EU and Vietnam is not only in the economic field but also in the fields of climate change response, environment and human development.
