Hai Ha guides the implementation of the election of village, hamlet and neighborhood chiefs for the 2025-2027 term

On November 14, Hai Ha District People's Committee held a conference to implement the decisions of the Provincial People's Committee; the election of village, hamlet and residential quarter heads for the 2025-2027 term, for 150 comrades who are Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, representatives of commune and town civil servants assigned to advise on the election work and comrades who are Party cell secretaries and concurrently village, hamlet and residential quarter heads in the district. The conference was held directly and online at 11 connecting points in communes and towns in the district.

At the conference, the Hai Ha District Home Affairs Department provided guidance on the implementation of Decision No. 51/2024/QD-UBND dated October 25, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating the Regulations on organization, operation and classification of villages, hamlets and residential areas in Quang Ninh province; Decision No. 52/2024/QD-UBND dated October 28, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on management and use of non-professional workers at the commune level in Quang Ninh province. Deploying documents on the election of village, hamlet and residential area chiefs for the 2025-2027 term. In particular, focusing on the contents and tasks of the election organization; the contents to note before the election day, the procedure for electing village chiefs, the steps to organize the election on the election day, how to determine the winners, recognize the election results, the information reporting regime and the milestones to note in the implementation of the election work.

The election of village, hamlet and neighborhood chiefs for the 2025-2027 term in Hai Ha district will be held simultaneously on Sunday, December 15, 2024. The People's Committee of Hai Ha district directs communes and towns to carry out the election of village, hamlet and neighborhood chiefs objectively, democratically, transparently, in accordance with the people's aspirations. It is necessary to ensure that the election day is beautifully decorated, following the instructions, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, truly a festival for all people.
