Two lecturers from Ninh Binh Political School won the title of excellent lecturer and good lecturer at the 8th National Excellent Lecturer Competition.

The 8th National Competition for Excellent Lecturers of Provincial and Central City Political Schools was held at the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials from September 18-20, gathering 63 provincial and central city political schools, 3 cadre schools of ministries, branches and central organizations that provide intermediate political theory training programs with 130 candidates participating.

To participate in the Contest, Ninh Binh Provincial Political School proactively developed a plan and organized the School-level Contest in accordance with the Contest Regulations of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to ensure quality and time schedule.

In 2 years (2022, 2023), 22 lecturers participated in the school-level Excellent Teaching Competition. As a result, 17 lecturers achieved the title of Excellent Teaching and Excellent Teaching; 2 outstanding lecturers were selected to participate in the National Excellent Teaching Competition this time, namely Comrade Dinh Thi Hoa, lecturer of the Faculty of State and Law and Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Xuan, lecturer of the Faculty of Party Building.

At the contest, two lecturers from the Provincial Political School completed well the three contest contents: lesson plan, written test, and classroom teaching.

In particular, the lecture contest closely followed the new contents in the XIII Congress Documents, the Party's resolutions and newly issued legal documents of the State; integrated the content of protecting the Party's ideological foundation; updated new theoretical and practical issues, vividly linked to practice, and highly topical.

Lecturers focus on guiding students to apply theory to solve local practical problems, apply new and modern teaching methods, create attraction and appeal for learners, and demonstrate very good interaction skills with students.

After 3 days of exciting competition, based on the results of 3 exam contents, the Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics awarded the title of "Excellent Lecturer" to 39 candidates; the title of "Good Lecturer" to 89 candidates.

Lecturer Pham Thi Thanh Xuan of Ninh Binh Provincial Political School was awarded the "Excellent Lecturer" certificate by the Academy Director; lecturer Dinh Thi Hoa won the title of "Excellent Lecturer" nationwide.

The contest is a healthy and useful playground that helps lecturers have the opportunity to maximize their abilities and professional experience. Thereby, accumulating more knowledge and practical experience to serve professional work more effectively.
