Hai Duong launches Farmers' Club with the law

"Farmers with the Law" Club launched in Ung Hoe commune, Ninh Giang district

This is a pilot model of the province implemented in Ung Hoe commune this year.

The club "Farmers participating in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations of farmers associated with implementing democracy at the grassroots level and participating in social supervision and criticism" in Ung Hoe commune has 50 members, of which the Executive Committee has 5 members.

By joining the club, members will be equipped with knowledge and skills to effectively receive citizens, resolve complaints and denunciations of farmers and participate in social supervision and criticism. Raising awareness among farmer members in complying with legal regulations on complaints and denunciations, contributing to promptly resolving internal conflicts of farmers, limiting petitions, complaints and denunciations right at the grassroots level.

After this club, the Provincial Farmers' Association will establish two more clubs in Hong Du and Tan Phong communes.

The province currently has more than 110 “Farmers participating in receiving citizens, resolving farmers’ complaints and denunciations associated with implementing democracy at the grassroots level and participating in social supervision and criticism” clubs. The clubs have actively contributed to limiting the occurrence of complaints and denunciations among farmer members right from the grassroots level.
