Hai Duong launched the Farmers' Club with the Law

The "Farmers and the Law" Club of Ung Hoe commune, Ninh Giang district, has been launched.

This is a pilot project implemented by the province in Ung Hoe commune this year.

The Club "Farmers participating in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations of farmers associated with implementing democracy at the grassroots level and participating in social supervision and criticism" of Ung Hoe commune has 50 members, of which the Executive Committee has 5 members.

By joining the club, members will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively handle citizen complaints, resolve grievances and denunciations from farmers, and participate in social monitoring and criticism. This will raise awareness among farmer members regarding compliance with legal regulations on complaints and denunciations, contributing to the timely resolution of internal conflicts among farmers and reducing the number of complaints and denunciations at the grassroots level.

Following this club, the Provincial Farmers' Association will establish two more clubs in Hong Du and Tan Phong communes.

The province currently has more than 110 "Farmers' Clubs for Receiving Citizens, Resolving Complaints and Denunciations from Farmers, Linked to Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level and Participating in Social Monitoring and Criticism". These clubs have made a positive contribution to limiting the occurrence of complaints and denunciations among farmer members at the grassroots level.
