On the morning of September 18, information from the Hai Duong Department of Transport said that the unit has just announced allowing Hai Tan bus station to resume operations after storm No. 3.

Accordingly, from 12 noon on the same day, bus routes and fixed routes will return to their old routes and schedules after a temporary suspension due to storm No. 3.

The Hai Duong Department of Transport assigned the traffic inspectorate to coordinate with the Department of Transport Management, Vehicles and Drivers, and the Hai Duong Passenger Station Management Joint Stock Company to inspect, guide, and urge transport units to comply with regulations in automobile transport activities.

According to Giao Thong Newspaper reporters, on the morning of September 18, many streets and residential areas in Hai Tan Ward, Hai Duong City were still submerged in water, traffic was paralyzed and had to be moved by boat.

Especially on Vu Nap, Tran Ich Phat, Vu Nhu To streets in Residential Area No. 8, Hai Tan Ward, traffic is still paralyzed because the water is knee-deep.

Many streets in Residential Areas 8 and 9 in Hai Tan Ward are still deeply flooded.

Mr. Tung, living in Residential Area No. 8, Hai Tan Ward, said: "My family has been living without electricity and water for 10 days now. We have had to move my wife and children to my grandparents' house in the suburbs to ensure our daily life. The entire street area in the neighborhood is still deeply flooded. The water has flooded into the house, up to the level of the tables and chairs, but it has receded slowly, so it has changed color and has a very unpleasant smell."

At the same time, they are arranging human resources to coordinate with the people, promptly clean up, collect garbage, clear sewers, and treat the environment to prevent disease outbreaks...", said Mr. Tao.
