For post-harvest forest seedlings, based on land conditions, customs of each region and market demand, the District People's Committee directs the District-level professional agencies to guide people in selecting forestry trees from the above list, prioritizing planting large timber trees to protect the land and increase production value.
For replacement forest planting, follow the explanatory documents and estimates approved by competent authorities.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, on February 13 (January 16, At Ty year), localities across the province simultaneously organized a campaign to plant scattered trees. Depending on the specific conditions of each locality and unit, the Chairman of the District People's Committee, heads of agencies and units will choose an appropriate form of organization, avoiding ostentation and formality.
Time for reforestation according to explanatory documents and estimates approved by competent authorities.
The time for planting scattered trees and reforestation after exploitation depends on the months of the year, depending on the planting location, tree species, age of seedlings and care conditions of agencies, units, households and individuals.
People's Committees at all levels, agencies and units are self-sufficient in funding to plant 290,000 scattered trees. Encourage the mobilization of support funds from businesses, individuals and other legal sources.
For 163.14 hectares of forest after exploitation, the funding source comes from households that contract production forests and protection forests in Chi Linh city and Kinh Mon town.
For more than 255 hectares of replacement forest, the funding source is from the Hai Duong Provincial Forest Protection and Development Fund.
In recent days, some localities and units have implemented tree planting in 2025.
