These are Gia Loc industrial park, Dai An phase 2 expansion and Phuc Dien expansion, the total land area for change of use purpose is 239.43 hectares.

On June 23, a representative of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board said that among the 5 industrial parks currently undergoing site clearance, the Provincial People's Committee has changed the purpose of use of 239.43 hectares of land for phase 1 infrastructure construction, accounting for 36.2% of the total planned area.
Gia Loc Industrial Park has the largest land use conversion with 98.81 hectares, Dai An Industrial Park Phase 2 expansion is 96.57 hectares and Phuc Dien Industrial Park expansion is 44.05 hectares. Currently, investors of the above industrial parks are speeding up the progress of site clearance and construction of technical infrastructure systems to attract investment. It is expected that these industrial parks will start attracting investment in the fourth quarter of this year.
The remaining two industrial parks, Tan Truong expansion, have cleared 71 hectares (63% of the total area), and Kim Thanh has cleared 30 hectares (18% of the total area). These are two industrial parks with slow site clearance progress due to many difficulties and obstacles in land acquisition.
