On February 28, at the Hai Duong Provincial Party Executive Committee meeting, the Hai Duong Provincial Party Standing Committee commended 12 officials who voluntarily retired early to facilitate the organization and apparatus arrangement.
Officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee who applied for early retirement include: Mr. Pham Manh Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Dong Dung Manh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Thanh Mien District Party Committee; Tran Thi Thanh Thao, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board; Nguyen Thi Hai Van, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Hai Duong Province Branch; Le Van Bang, Deputy Head of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Board; Nguyen Manh Thang, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Board; Trinh Ngoc Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Vu Van Tung, Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Pham Van Dong, Head of the Kinh Mon City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Pham Hong Hanh, Head of the Tu Ky District Party Committee's Propaganda Committee; Dao Quang Thuat, Head of the Kim Thanh District Party Committee's Propaganda Committee; Nguyen Xuan Nam, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Giang District Fatherland Front Committee.

Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang assessed that the positive results in the reorganization and streamlining of the apparatus in Hai Duong had the contribution of many leaders at all levels who set an example, promoted a sense of responsibility, and voluntarily retired early to facilitate the reorganization of the apparatus and create opportunities for the younger generation of cadres to continue their development.
The Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee congratulated, praised and expressed gratitude for the contributions of the officials who voluntarily retired early. "The above officials are shining examples for officials and party members in the entire political system of the province to learn, behave and act," said Mr. Thang.
