Mr. Nguyen Bao Quoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, acknowledged that the city's policy of recruiting in all provinces and cities should help students from other localities to still be able to participate in the exam.
The Department of Education and Training has worked with two units that are expected to assign work to successful candidates: Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted and Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted.
"The general spirit is to create conditions for students to develop their abilities and strengths in scientific research, develop topics, and train excellent students to participate in national and city-level exams when they return to school," said Mr. Quoc.
