On July 6, the topping out ceremony of Ibiza Party Resort and the launch of The Seasons Center of the Flamingo Ibiza 1 Resort Project took place in Hoang Hoa - Thanh Hoa, marking an important step in Flamingo Holdings' investment strategy after the success of projects in Cat Ba and Dai Lai.

Accordingly, Ibiza Party Resort is located in the Flamingo Ibiza 1 Resort project complex, located in Linh Truong cape, Hoang Truong commune, Hoang Hoa district. As the heart of the entire project, Ibiza Party Resort is not only located in a beautiful location, with diverse amenities and services, but also meets the luxury accommodation needs of tourists, providing the market with more than 600 5-star standard resort rooms.

Along with the completion of the Ibiza Party Resort, another project of equal importance, The Seasons Center, was also officially launched after 20 months of construction with 4 floors, a total floor area of 1000m2, including a restaurant and conference room on the 1st floor, which will be the first to operate.
In addition, The Seasons Center also owns a series of diverse services and amenities, suitable for all ages such as: swimming pool system, Ruriko Onsen hot spring complex, Seva Spa & Beauty Destination system for comprehensive health and beauty care, modern GYM, Yoga room, rooftop bar, etc. It is expected that these items will be completed in May 2024 to welcome the first customers to experience. This is also the first Four Seasons Entertainment - Tourism - Resort Complex in Thanh Hoa.
