According to the Decision, 3 historical and cultural relics in Van Thai commune, Ung Hoa district are ranked as city-level relics, including: Duc Thanh Trung Temple; Duc Thanh Ha Temple; Thai Binh Communal House. The relic protection area is determined according to the minutes and maps zoning the relic protection areas in the scientific dossier proposing the relic ranking.
After the relic is ranked, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district is responsible for publicizing the protected area of the relic and organizing the establishment of boundary marker records and implementing boundary marker planting in the field according to authority and current legal regulations.
The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Van Thai commune to issue a decision to establish a relic management board; organize the management of the relic's premises and space, all artifacts belonging to the relic, activities to protect and promote the value of the relic, and use the relic's revenue according to the provisions of Decision No. 48/2016/QD-UBND dated November 17, 2016 and Decision No. 31/2021/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2021 of the City People's Committee on promulgating regulations, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the regulations on management, protection and promotion of the value of historical-cultural relics and scenic spots in Hanoi. All activities related to construction and exploitation in the classified relic area and delimiting protected areas are strictly prohibited. In special cases where it is necessary to use land and construct at the relic, permission from the Hanoi People's Committee is required.
The Department of Culture & Sports, the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district and the People's Committee of Van Thai commune, where the ranked relic is located, within the scope of their tasks and powers, shall carry out state management of the relic according to their authority and regulations of the law on cultural heritage.
