Hanoi considers some contents to submit to the People's Council at the mid-year session of 2023

Specifically, at the meeting, the City People's Committee discussed and gave opinions on the Submission and draft Resolution on approving the prices of irrigation public products and services; Submission and draft Resolution on stipulating the content and expenditure levels for the project on developing agricultural and forestry production, promoting the potential and strengths of the region to develop commodity production according to the value chain under the National Target Program on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Hanoi Capital, period 2021-2030, phase I: from 2021 to 2025; Submission and draft Resolution: Stipulating the City's specific support policy for citizen reception, handling of complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections in the City.

Accordingly, the City People's Committee discussed and gave opinions on the Report on the implementation of the budget revenue and expenditure estimates for the first 6 months of the year and tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2023; reviewed the Resolution regulating the content and expenditure levels under the authority of the City People's Council, including: Regulations on expenditure levels for organizing compensation, support and resettlement when the State acquires land in Hanoi; Regulations on the content and expenditure levels for conducting social opinion surveys in Hanoi; Regulations on the content and expenditure levels of statistical surveys guaranteed by the City budget; Expenditure levels for inviting domestic guests to dinner.

Some contents and expenditure levels for receiving foreign guests working in Vietnam, expenditure regime for organizing international conferences and seminars in Vietnam of Hanoi city; Regulations on some expenditure levels for serving congresses, conferences and working sessions of Hanoi city.

Also at the meeting, the City People's Committee reviewed and contributed opinions to the Resolution regulating the minimum housing area for rented, borrowed, and shared houses for citizens to be able to register for permanent residence in Hanoi .
