Hanoi summarizes the prevention and combat of human trafficking conducted from the grassroots level.

Accordingly, the comprehensive review and assessment of the organization, dissemination, leadership, direction, and implementation results of the tasks of the Program on prevention and combat of human trafficking for the period of 2021-2025 and orientation to 2030; clearly indicating the results achieved, limitations, difficulties, obstacles, and causes; drawing lessons in leadership and direction of the implementation of human trafficking prevention and combat work at agencies, units, and localities; forecasting the situation and recommending and proposing directions, tasks, and implementation of human trafficking prevention and combat work in the coming time...

The review will be conducted from the grassroots, ensuring seriousness, substance, economy, and on schedule; focusing on key points, seeking opinions from managers, experts, and scientists in related fields.

Departments, branches, sectors, and organizations of the city; People's Committees of localities shall summarize and synthesize the results, and send the Summary Report and Appendix to the City People's Committee before June 17, 2025. The City Police shall complete the draft summary report and submit it to the City People's Committee for approval of the report to Steering Committee 138/CP (through the Office of the Ministry of Public Security) according to regulations.

Based on the content of this plan, the city's departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations; the People's Committees at district and commune levels shall organize a summary of the implementation of the Program on preventing and combating human trafficking for the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030, in a practical, specific manner, consistent with the assigned functions and tasks and the actual situation; ensuring the correct content and progress; in which, the People's Committees at district level are responsible for assigning specific tasks and guiding the People's Committees at commune level to develop a summary plan at the grassroots level.

The City Police Department guides the city's departments, branches, sectors, and organizations; People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to summarize the implementation of the Program on preventing and combating human trafficking for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.

The City Emulation and Reward Board coordinates with the City Police to guide agencies and units on records and reward procedures; advises the City People's Committee to reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the program.
