On April 21, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, the Hanoi People's Committee Office announced that the city has plans to organize fireworks displays in the political and artistic program "North-South Promise" and the live television program "Forever the Triumphal Song."

Accordingly, the fireworks display is expected to take place from 9:45 p.m. to 10 p.m. on April 22 at the F1 racetrack in Phu Do ward, Nam Tu Liem district, with one display point and one high-altitude fireworks display combined with low-altitude fireworks and pyrotechnics, according to the contract of the Military Radio and Television Center.

The live television program “Vang mai khuc khai trien” will take place from 9:45 pm to 10:00 pm on April 27, at the multi-purpose stage area of ​​Thong Nhat Park, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, with one shooting point being a high-altitude fireworks display combined with low-altitude fireworks, according to the contract of the Arts Department of Vietnam Television.

Specifically, the Capital Command will develop and implement a plan to transport and organize fireworks displays according to the proposed plan.

At the same time, coordinate with the City Police to closely direct patrolling and guarding work, maintain security and order, social safety, prevent fires and explosions, and ensure absolute safety before, during and after fireworks display.

The city police will also develop plans to ensure security, order, social safety and traffic safety, especially guiding and diverting traffic in the fireworks display area, creating conditions for vehicles carrying fireworks and technical equipment to enter the field.

The People's Committees of Nam Tu Liem and Hai Ba Trung districts will ensure the ground for gathering forces and technical equipment to deploy the construction of the fireworks display site; ensure environmental sanitation and lighting in the display area; direct military forces to organize fireworks displays according to plan, ensuring safety; direct the police force to coordinate with functional agencies to maintain political security, social order and safety, and do a good job of preventing and fighting fires and explosions before, during and after the display ends.
