Hanoi will set off fireworks at two locations to celebrate April 30

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize fireworks displays in the political and artistic program "North-South Appointment" and the live TV program "Forever the Triumphant Song".

With the "North-South Appointment" art and political program, 1 shooting point, 1 high-altitude fireworks display combined with low-altitude fireworks and pyrotechnics will be organized at the F1 racetrack area (Phu Do ward, Nam Tu Liem district). Expected time is from 9:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 22.

The live TV program "Vang mai khuc khai trien" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day will organize 1 shooting point, 1 high-altitude fireworks display combined with low-altitude fireworks at the Multi-purpose stage of Thong Nhat Park (Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District). Expected time is from 9:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 27.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Capital Command to preside over and coordinate with the city's departments and functional agencies, Nam Tu Liem District and Hai Ba Trung District to carry out the task of fireworks display; develop and implement a plan to transport and organize fireworks display according to plan; coordinate with the City Police to closely direct patrol and guard work, maintain security and order, social safety, prevent fires and explosions, and ensure absolute safety before, during and after fireworks display.

The City Police develop plans to ensure social order and safety, traffic safety; especially guide and direct traffic in the fireworks area; create conditions for vehicles carrying fireworks and technical equipment to enter the battlefield.

The People's Committees of Nam Tu Liem and Hai Ba Trung districts ensure the ground for gathering forces and technical means to deploy the construction of the fireworks display site; ensure environmental sanitation and lighting at the display area; direct military forces to organize fireworks displays according to plan, ensuring safety; direct police forces to coordinate with functional agencies to maintain political security, social order and safety, and do a good job of preventing and fighting fires and explosions before, during and after the display ends; direct and organize forces, means, supplies, and medical staff to ensure timely first aid when situations arise at the fireworks display site.
