Young people gathered in large numbers, waiting for hours to meet the "Drunk Hi Brothers" (Video: Minh Ong - Tien Bui).
From 12:30, the area around the Opera House (Hanoi) was packed with fans. Many young people brought banners, uniforms and cheering equipment, patiently waiting for many hours.
The area around the Hanoi Opera House is now a sea of people. Fans park their vehicles and stand in front of the Opera House and the surrounding streets.
Nguyen Bao Nguyen (21 years old, Bac Ninh) shared that he was at the Opera House since 5am to wait for his idol.
“This is the first time I have had the opportunity to meet Mr. JSol. Knowing that the Bus tour is scheduled for the afternoon, I decided to come early. Even though I had to travel nearly 100km and wait for a long time, I was very excited,” said Bao Nguyen.
The group of fans arrived early, prepared posters, banners, gifts, etc. to ask for autographs and give to their idols.
Do Cao Lan Nhi (pink shirt - 18 years old, Cao Bang) and her friends are also preparing to wait for their idol. Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Lan Nhi said that she took the early morning bus to be in Hanoi in the afternoon.
“I took the 4am bus and haven’t eaten anything since morning, but being immersed in this atmosphere makes all the wait worth it. I just hope Quang Hung arrives soon,” Lan Nhi excitedly said.
Thu Ha (25 years old, Hanoi) is a fan of JSol's brother. She was at the Opera House since 6am. Ha said she took a day off from work and arranged all her work to be able to fully participate.
“I knew JSol would be attending this event a few weeks ago, so I planned it very carefully. This morning, I was lucky to meet him and take a souvenir photo. It was a very memorable moment, but I wanted to stay until the afternoon to wait for the other members,” Thu Ha confided.
Despite waiting for more than 8 hours, Thu Ha did not show any signs of fatigue. “I made friends with many fans here. We sang, chatted and shared the joy and excitement of preparing to meet our idol,” Thu Ha shared.
The fans were both excited and expectant as they waited for the "Big Brother" group to move towards the Opera House area.
According to information from the Organizing Committee, the artists of Say Hi Brothers split into two flights at 10am and 11am from Tan Son Nhat Airport (HCMC) to Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi). However, due to the delay of the second flight, the "brothers" arrived at the Hanoi Opera House later than expected.
After arriving at the Opera House, the artists will board a double-decker bus and travel around Hoan Kiem Lake (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) to greet the audience. On December 5, the "big brother" groups will be present at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to burn incense and rest, preparing for two concert nights taking place on December 7 and December 9 at My Dinh Stadium.
Speaking to Dan Tri reporter, Major Tran Vu Hieu, Hoan Kiem District Police, said that the authorities had planned and implemented security measures such as setting up barriers and ensuring order early.
“We have mobilized additional support forces at crowded places, regularly reminding fans to maintain security and not to gather near the road. Although the number of people gathered was very large, thanks to everyone's cooperation, the situation was well controlled,” said Major Tran Vu Hieu.
