(Dan Tri) - The Hanoi People's Committee has just decided to hand over nearly 8,700 square meters of land to Phu Xuyen district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Dong Vuon area, Nam Quat village, Nam Trieu commune.
Nearly 8,700m2 has been confirmed by Phu Xuyen District People's Committee to have completed site clearance.
In the total land area assigned by the People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district this time, there are more than 3,800m2 of residential land for management and auction of land use rights according to regulations; more than 4,800m2 of land for construction of traffic, technical infrastructure and trees.

Long-term stable land use period. Land allocation method is not through land use rights auction, not through bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Phu Xuyen District People's Committee to contact the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on site.
The People's Committee of this district is assigned to organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. The People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district is responsible for preparing and approving the master plan drawing to ensure no interleaved land areas arise, and to use land economically and effectively.
The Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for guiding procedures for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field, granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land.
Hanoi Land Registration Office updates land use rights registration, performs change registration procedures, and corrects land changes in cadastral records according to regulations.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to guide the Phu Xuyen District People's Committee to organize land use rights auctions in accordance with the 2016 Law on Property Auctions and other relevant specialized laws.
The Departments of Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture, Planning and Investment; Hanoi Tax Department guide the People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district to carry out specialized management contents according to regulations.
