The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the construction of a road connecting the eastern road of Hoang Mai district administrative area to road 2.5 under the planning of Thinh Liet new urban area.

The city assigned the People's Committee of Hoang Mai district to be the investor and implement the project from 2025; the total estimated investment is 301 billion VND.

The project aims to connect and complete the regional traffic network, creating links between Tan Mai Street, the eastern road of Hoang Mai District administrative area and Road 2.5.

At the same time, the route also helps reduce traffic congestion, especially on main routes such as Phap Van - Cau Gie and Ring Road 2.5.

The project is a grade II traffic project with a total route length of about 0.955km and a cross-section of 30m. Investment items include construction of the foundation, high-grade asphalt road surface A1, rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage system, water supply system, power supply system, lighting system, tree system, sidewalk, technical trench, cable arrangement, etc.

Hanoi builds a 2.7 billion USD railway connecting to a new city of 251 square kilometers. To create momentum for the development of the western city (Xuan Mai and Hoa Lac) of 251 square kilometers, in the coming time, Hanoi will invest 2.7 billion USD to build the Van Cao - Hoa Lac urban railway.
