Ha Hoa urgently repairs damage on traffic routes

Due to the impact of storm No. 3, Ha Hoa district experienced prolonged heavy rain, water from upstream poured down causing the water level of Thao river to rise, causing flooding, overflow, damage and landslides on National Highway 32C, National Highway 2D, National Highway 70B; provincial roads, district roads, inter-village roads, inter-commune roads... of 11 communes and towns such as: Vo Tranh, Xuan Ang, Gia Dien, Dai Pham, Tu Hiep, Dan Thuong, Hien Luong...

Ha Hoa district mobilized human resources and equipment to overcome the landslide incident at the entrance to IC 11 of Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway, Vo Tranh commune.

Traffic routes in the district were severely damaged in terms of roadbed and surface; some district and commune roads suffered landslides on the slopes and sidewalks... In addition, in Lang Son commune, floods caused the collapse of Ong Van bridge in area 1, 15m long and 3m wide, affecting the travel of 6 households with 22 people in the commune.

To ensure smooth and safe travel for people and vehicles participating in traffic, the district has mobilized police forces at all levels according to their functions and tasks to organize the stretching of ropes, put up warning signs and conduct traffic guidance and diversion on the roads managed by the district; directed forces to arrange human resources and vehicles to participate in filling and filling landslides on traffic routes in villages and hamlets after the flood recedes; promptly handle and fix incidents and damage to routes, ensuring progress and quality according to current regulations.

The landslide point on the inter-commune road in zone 3, Dan Thuong commune was cordoned off and had danger warning signs posted.

Direct relevant departments and units to coordinate with communes and towns to inspect and summarize damaged locations and routes, landslides on talus slopes, and promptly report to the District Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue; at the same time, advise on arranging funding sources to urgently repair damage on rural traffic routes to ensure people's travel.
