At the seminar, delegates focused on exchanging, discussing and comprehensively evaluating all aspects of Party building work of the Party Committee of the Bloc during the term, focusing on a number of major issues such as: Party building in terms of politics, ideology and ethics; organization and operation of the political system; building grassroots party organizations and the quality of party members; building cadres and internal political protection work. Delegates also gave opinions on the work of inspection, supervision and Party discipline; innovation in the Party's leadership and governance methods; removing difficulties in mass mobilization work, etc.
The delegates agreed that in the Party building work for the 2020-2025 term, the Bloc Party Committee has closely followed and concretized the Party's policies, guidelines and resolutions in accordance with the practical situation of the Party Committee; innovated leadership methods and promoted the role and responsibility of Party committees and heads of Party committees. The leadership, direction and implementation of the Central Committee's policies and guidelines have been serious and drastic with high political determination, creating a clear change in Party building work.

Implementing the Party Charter (2011 - 2025), the Party Committee of the Bloc and its subordinate Party Committees have seriously grasped and implemented the Party Charter, regulations, and guidelines for implementing the Party Charter, regulations, and resolutions of the Central Committee and the Party Committee of the Bloc.
