Google launches Pixel Tablet priced at $499.

According to BGR , the Pixel Tablet was introduced by Google at I/O 2022, meaning the company needed a year to officially release the product to the market. It's a tablet with a large 10.95-inch LCD screen with uniformly large bezels, similar to the iPad, and the placement of the front camera suggests the main design focus is on landscape mode. The selfie camera is located on the side and has an 8 MP resolution.

In terms of specifications, the Pixel Tablet offers users the Pixel 7 Pro experience but on a larger screen. The same Tensor G2 chip found in the Pixel 7 series is also available on the Pixel Tablet. Google equips the device with 8GB of high-speed LPDDR5 RAM, combined with storage options of 128GB or 256GB, using the UFS 3.1 format instead of the newer and faster UFS 4.0.

The LCD screen has a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, offers brightness up to 500 nits, and supports a stylus. Like the front camera, the 8 MP rear camera can record 1080p video at 30 frames per second.
