According to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the opening ceremony needs to be organized concisely, with students at the center, focusing on welcoming new students, ensuring it truly becomes a school opening day for students.
For preschool level, organize the opening ceremony in the form of "Children's Day to School" in a flexible and creative way with content suitable for children's psychological characteristics, in order to create a good impression, ensure children's safety and health and protect the environment on the first day of the new school year. The maximum duration of the organization is 60 minutes. The time to start welcoming children and organizing is agreed upon by the Department of Education and Training, and directed by preschool education facilities to suit the children.
Educational institutions stabilize and maintain learning order right after the Opening Ceremony, guide the organization of activities at the beginning of the school year suitable for the age of students, suitable for the school conditions, and linked to local realities; focus on building school culture, ensuring school security and safety right from the first days of the school year.
