Investors hunt for "golden quality" increasing in price at Vinhomes Royal Island townhouses

From the opening sale (March 18) to May 6, there were 18,000 visitors registering to visit directly; along with 325,000 visits to the Vinhomes Market website to find information online and 2,000 transactions were made, enough to show the effect that this "blockbuster" super product created".
Regarding the sudden interest in townhouses (including villas, shophouses, and townhouses), according to Mr. Trinh Ba Ninh, this type of property is associated with the mindset of “every inch of land is gold” and the great need for accumulation of assets of Vietnamese people, so it is always an effective investment channel; at the same time, it is a safe haven for cash flow in the context of an economy with many unknowns of inflation. Especially in the period of 2015 - 2020, this is considered the “golden goose” of high-class investors.
Meanwhile, Savills' report shows that in recent years, despite market fluctuations, townhouses still have a high price increase, ensuring profits that are superior to many other investment channels. This is even more clearly seen in branded projects of large enterprises such as Vinhomes, for example Vinhomes Imperia Hai Phong, which has increased by 178.4% compared to 2018; or Vinhomes Ocean Park 1, which increased by 285% after only 4 years of opening for sale... Infrastructure is also a factor driving the increase in real estate prices, at a rate of 50%, according to the Ho Chi Minh City Institute for Development Studies. Meanwhile, around Vu Yen Island, the transport infrastructure is constantly developing, shortening all distances to the center of Hai Phong and to provinces and cities across the country. Thanks to that, after only 1-2 hours of travel, investors can reach the Royal Island City and vice versa.
Connectivity will be further enhanced as more new transport projects are completed. Together with the free VinBus route, expected to open in August 2025 or even earlier, the Royal Bridge will help shorten the distance from the center of Hai Phong City to Vinhomes Royal Island to only 10 minutes.
