Sowing the Party's seeds from the women's movement

To develop a strong grassroots association, women's associations at all levels in the province have actively launched and implemented emulation movements, thereby promptly discovering positive factors among women's association members to introduce to the Party committee for consideration, training, and admission to the Party.

Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Hai Hung Commune, Hai Lang District, Le Thi Lien, shared: "Along with focusing on innovating the content and form of propaganda, mobilization and effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements, we have promoted studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

From there, it contributes to motivating HVPN to practice and strive to join the Party's ranks. The Association always proactively follows up and cares for poor and near-poor members, women in difficult circumstances through meaningful support activities such as: creating conditions for women to access preferential loans, livelihood support... contributing to reducing the poverty rate in the area.

As the life of HVPN has improved, the role of women in the family and society has gradually been affirmed. Thereby, the positive female factor has been promptly discovered for the Party Committee to create sources and develop new Party members. In particular, for the sisters participating in the Party sympathy class, the association has allocated funds to support and encourage them in a timely manner. Thanks to that, for many years, the association has always achieved the target of developing Party members in HVPN.

The work of developing female party members in Hai Lang district has always received attention from party committees at all levels, authorities, and mass organizations, with many positive changes in both awareness and action.

Chairwoman of the Hai Lang District Women's Union Nguyen Thi Phuong Lieu said: "The Union has strengthened political education and revolutionary ideals for female volunteers; organized many meaningful movements and activities to create opportunities for women to practice and contribute. With the direction of the District Party Committee, the positivity of the Women's Union at all levels and the efforts of the Women's Union, in 2024, the Women's Union at all levels coordinated with local Party committees to introduce 32 women to the Party for consideration and training, of which 10 women were admitted to the Party."

In recent years, the provincial Women's Union at all levels has seriously and effectively implemented the Party's policies and resolutions on developing Party members, paying special attention to the contingent of outstanding cadres and female cadres. The work of discovering and nurturing sources of recruitment has been carried out regularly and in depth. Many women, after being admitted to the Party, have become key cadres at the grassroots level, actively contributing to Party building and socio-economic development in the locality.

Focusing on creating resources and developing party members in women's unions at all levels contributes to the good work of Party building, and at the same time, this is also an important condition to improve the quality of union activities and build an increasingly strong union organization. Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union Tran Thi Thanh Ha informed: "Along with socio-political organizations, women's unions at all levels in the province have promoted their roles and responsibilities in the work of developing party members.

Women's Unions at all levels have closely followed the policies and orientations of Party committees; organized many practical movements, suitable to local characteristics to attract women, gather members to participate in activities to train and strive to join the Party.

Newly admitted female party members always continue the good tradition, have strong political will, strictly comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and continue to spread the party spirit among cadres and members.

In 2024 alone, the association at all levels advised and introduced 297 outstanding members for the Party to consider and admit, and 116 women were admitted to the Party, contributing to increasing the proportion of female party members in the province.

Developing female party members not only increases the number, but also creates a strong motivation for the organization to innovate the content and methods of operation. Cadres and female party members are the core to inspire and lead the movement at the grassroots level, spreading the spirit of responsibility and pioneering spirit in all aspects of work.

Reality shows that wherever the association is strong and many outstanding members are admitted to the Party, the women's movement will develop vigorously and sustainably, making clear contributions to local socio-economic development.

In the coming time, to further improve the quality of Party development in women's unions at all levels, it is necessary to continue to identify this as an important political task, associated with the work of female cadres and the work of building a strong union organization. Each union level needs to be more proactive in discovering, nurturing, and creating conditions for outstanding members to practice and mature, contributing to building an increasingly strong provincial Party Committee from the grassroots.

In order to promote the work of creating resources and developing party members, women's associations at all levels need to strengthen propaganda and political and ideological education.

At the same time, proactively review and evaluate the quality of members to promptly detect positive factors, especially branch officials and young members... Create conditions for members to practice and challenge themselves through practical movements such as assigning specific and appropriate tasks for the HVPN Association to demonstrate their capacity and practice their qualities.

Organize emulation movements and volunteer activities in the community to promote the core role of HVPN. Close coordination with Party committees at all levels also needs to be focused on.

Associations at all levels need to proactively advise Party committees and coordinate with Party cells at their places of residence and work in introducing Party membership. Strengthen the bond and two-way information exchange between the association and grassroots Party committees to monitor and assist members in their efforts.
