Assign targets to industries and sectors to ensure the growth target reaches 10% in 2025

According to this decision, the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector is assigned a growth target of 3.38%; the construction industry sector is assigned a growth target of 11.24%; the service sector is assigned a growth target of 10.36%; and product taxes minus product subsidies have a growth target of 7.57%.

In the decision, the Provincial People's Committee also set the target of mobilizing state budget revenue to reach over 66 trillion VND; state budget expenditure to reach over 33.4 trillion VND; total social investment capital to reach 134 trillion VND; industrial production index (IIP) to reach over 11%; growth rate of total retail sales of goods and service revenue to reach 13.8%; export of goods to reach 10%; import of goods to reach 11.6%; growth rate of total electricity in the area to reach 6.18%.

For the tourism sector alone, the target of attracting tourists is 4.2 million arrivals, of which 130,000 are international arrivals and 4.07 million are domestic arrivals.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned heads of departments, branches, sectors, chairmen of district and city People's Committees, leaders of relevant units and enterprises to be responsible for specifying tasks and solutions to implement and achieve growth targets of assigned sectors and fields. At the same time, report and evaluate the implementation situation monthly, quarterly, 6 months, 9 months, update growth scenarios (if any) and recommend and propose solutions to achieve growth targets to the Department of Finance, the Provincial Statistics Office before the 20th of each month, synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Finance according to regulations.

According to Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP (dated February 5, 2025) of the Government on growth targets for industries, sectors and localities to ensure the national growth target in 2025 reaches 8% or more, Dong Nai is assigned a growth target of 10% in 2025.
