Cultural exchange Proud to be a soldier

On the evening of April 16, at the BB887 Regiment barracks, the Logistics and Engineering Department of Military Region 5 in coordination with the Provincial Military Command organized the cultural exchange program "Proud to be a soldier" of Military Region 5. Attending the exchange were Colonel Do Duc Oanh - Political Commissar of the Logistics and Engineering Department of Military Region 5; Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Kim Hai - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command. Attending the exchange were Mo Duc District Youth Union; Town Youth Union and Women's Union of Duc Pho Town.

The performances created a vibrant atmosphere at the exchange night.

At the exchange night, revolutionary songs about homeland, country, youth, and the army were performed by twinned units and officers and soldiers of Battalion 1, BB887 Regiment, creating a joyful and vibrant atmosphere.

Along with the performances, officers and soldiers also enjoyed attractive magic shows; participated in exchanges and shared memories of military life, comradeship, and team spirit after more than 2 months of studying and training together...

On this occasion, the Logistics and Technical Department of Military Region 5 presented 10 gifts to soldiers in difficult circumstances.

The cultural exchange program "Proud to be a soldier" is part of the activities organized at BB887 Regiment to respond to the emulation movement to achieve achievements to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) of the armed forces of Military Region 5 and the armed forces of the province.

The Head of the Logistics and Engineering Department of Military Region 5 and the Provincial Military Command presented gifts to new soldiers in difficult circumstances.

Earlier, in the afternoon of the same day, the units organized the program "Bowl of water on the training ground" and "Planting trees" with nearly 70 shade trees and fruit trees at BB887 Regiment.
