Cultural exchange, traditional arts of Quang Xuong district

On the morning of May 20, Quang Xuong district organized a traditional cultural and artistic exchange program in 2024. This is an activity to celebrate major holidays of the country and the province.

The performances in the program were carefully prepared and performed excellently by the units.

Participating in the program were 300 actors, artisans, musicians from traditional cultural and artistic teams such as Nha Tro Singing Club, Cheo Singing Club, Folk Performance Club, Revolutionary Songs Club from 20 communes and towns in the district.

Director of Quang Xuong Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism Duong Thi Tuong Van delivered the opening speech of the program.

Participating in the program, the teams and grassroots cultural and artistic clubs have made elaborate preparations, bringing 20 unique performances of traditional art forms such as Cheo singing, Chau Van singing, Nha Tro singing, folk games... praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the country; praising the land and people of Thanh, praising the homeland of Quang Xuong.

Leaders of Quang Xuong district and the Organizing Committee presented souvenir flags to units participating in the program.

Most of the units have closely followed the content, focused on exploiting folk songs, folk dances, traditional music , closely followed the theme of the program, built performances with layout, ideological themes, beautifully staged, performed by actors and artists with all love and passion, arousing emotions and pride in the audience.

The performances focused on praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the country; praising the land and people of Thanh Hoa, and the homeland of Quang Xuong.

The 2024 Quang Xuong District Traditional Cultural and Artistic Exchange Program aims to exploit, preserve and promote traditional cultural values ​​in the district. This is also an opportunity for artisans, actors, and musicians to demonstrate their artistic talents, arouse enthusiasm and passion; exchange, learn from experiences, constantly create and teach cultural heritage and folk arts of individuals in the grassroots mass art movement.

The Organizing Committee awarded first prizes to the units of Tan Phong, Quang Nham, Quang Yen and Quang Hop towns.

Through the program, Quang Xuong district continues to discover core, artistic talents, and representatives in the mass cultural and artistic movement, selecting the most outstanding core to participate in provincial-level cultural and artistic festivals and performances in the coming time.
