NDO - Joining the atmosphere of the whole country celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), on the afternoon of April 22, Tuoi Tho Kindergarten (Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province) organized extracurricular activities for more than 200 preschool students with the theme "Heroic memories". Educational activities about traditional culture were organized specifically for children, helping them understand more about the history, culture, and country of Vietnam.

This activity aims to create a playground for preschool children to participate in collective activities, immerse themselves in roles through songs with heroic national melodies, accompanied by dances and physical games.

In addition, the children also dressed up as soldiers, workers, farmers...; participated in marches, along with props recreating the image of the country during the fighting moment to win, completely liberate the South, and unify the country.

Ms. Tran Le Na, Hoa Huong Ward, Tam Ky City, expressed that the school's organization of extracurricular activities with the theme "Heroic Memories" has created a useful playground for preschool children. This extracurricular activity helps the school improve the quality of education and helps preschool children gain more understanding of the heroic history of our nation.

Extracurricular activities recreate images of the country at the moment of victory, completely liberating the South and unifying the country.

The extracurricular activity with the theme "Heroic Memories" also aims to widely propagate to parents, all cadres, teachers and school staff to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

Through extracurricular activities, we contribute to the school in enhancing solutions to improve the quality of nurturing, caring for and educating children at school, helping children develop most comprehensively.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Dieu Minh, Principal of Tuoi Tho Kindergarten, shared that through organizing activities, the aim is to educate children to love their homeland and country, and to be grateful to generations of fathers, heroes, and martyrs who sacrificed throughout history to bring peace today.

“It is necessary to teach children pride in the glorious history of the country right from kindergarten. From there, we can inspire and equip them with initial knowledge and skills, so that they know how to be good and study well so that when they grow up, they can help their families and society,” Ms. Minh added.

Many meaningful activities were integrated into the extracurricular session with the theme "Heroic memories".

Towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), schools in Tam Ky city (Quang Nam province), especially preschools, have implemented many practical activities to welcome and create playgrounds for children to participate in collective activities, physical games, and experience reality, thereby educating love for the homeland and country.

Head of the Department of Education and Training of Tam Ky City, Nguyen Van Loc, assessed that organizing extracurricular activities to educate about traditional culture is a very practical thing to do. The important thing is that through extracurricular activities, schools have helped children learn and observe from reality right at the school they attend. From there, they create for themselves a foundation of cultural and historical knowledge so that when they grow up, they can develop what they have experienced in reality.
