This plan will be implemented from the fourth quarter of 2023 to the first quarter of 2024 and is estimated to help the company raise VND300 billion in capital.
Recently, the Board of Directors of Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code HHV) has just approved a detailed plan on offering shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 4:1 (shareholders owning 4 shares will buy 1 new share). The number of shares offered is more than 82.3 million shares at a price of VND10,000/share. If successful, HHV will collect about VND823 billion, increasing the company's charter capital from the current VND3,293 billion to more than VND4,116 billion. The mobilized amount will be used to contribute capital to Deo Ca Investment Joint Stock Company and Bac Giang - Lang Son BOT Joint Stock Company; used to pay short-term loans, purchase machinery and equipment and supplement working capital.
Meanwhile, International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (stock code IDP) privately offered 2.4 million shares to foreign shareholder Daytona Investments (headquartered in Singapore). If the transaction is successful, Daytona Investments will increase its ownership from 8.99% to 12.56% of charter capital at IDP. The transaction is expected to take place from August 21 to September 18.
