In the first quarter, the total capital for social policy credit in the city reached over 301 billion 345 million VND, an increase of 5.7 billion VND compared to 2024. Outstanding loans for 11 credit programs reached 296 billion 878 million VND, completing 31% of the growth plan. By March 31, 2025, socio-political organizations received 296 billion 137 million VND, accounting for 99.75% of the total outstanding loans, an increase of 6 billion 908 million VND. Of which, the Farmers' Association had an outstanding loan of 82.7 billion VND; the Women's Union had 97.5 billion VND; the Veterans' Association had 54.8 billion VND; and the Youth Union had 60.9 billion VND.
The City has currently disbursed funds to 372 poor households and policy beneficiaries; 68 clean water and rural environmental sanitation projects, contributing to improving the green, clean, pollution-free environment, protecting the health of the rural community; creating jobs for 329 workers; supporting 1 household to repair and renovate houses... Thereby, policy credit capital has significantly contributed to narrowing the gap between rich and poor, reducing the unemployment rate, playing an important role in stabilizing and developing the local economy.
Socio-political organizations coordinated to inspect and supervise 42 times in 9/11 communes and wards, with over 700 households. Organizations were entrusted to effectively implement preferential credit programs in the area. Inspection and supervision work was strengthened to ensure that capital sources were deployed with focus, key points, and to the right subjects, minimizing risks, bad debts, and overdue debts. Currently, the city has 335 savings and loan groups, of which 97% are classified as good.
In the second quarter, socio-political organizations continued to focus on implementing additional credit programs; supporting customers to restore production and business. Coordinate to improve the quality of social transaction activities, the quality of inspection and supervision to ensure that borrowers use loans for the right purposes and effectively. Proactively review loan needs, prioritize disbursement for cases affected by natural disasters to develop the economy, improve living conditions; improve the quality of transactions. Strive to complete 100% of the capital mobilization target of assigned organizations and individuals; complete over 80% of the outstanding loan growth target; maintain debt recovery rate; average social transactions reach over 97%; interest collection rate reaches 100%...
