In the first quarter of 2025, Party committees, authorities and agencies of the Internal Affairs Sector focused on leading, directing, deploying and performing well the tasks of national defense and security, maintaining national security and territorial border sovereignty; organizing the absolute protection of important targets; Party and State leaders when visiting and working in Dien Bien; domestic and international delegations; important political, economic, cultural and foreign affairs activities in the province.

At the same time, focus on directing, fighting, and effectively preventing illegal activities of establishing separate states and religious activities; synchronously implementing measures to prevent violations and crimes, especially drug-related crimes and social order crimes... Along with that, focus on leading and directing the strict implementation of legal regulations on preventing and combating corruption, negativity, practicing thrift, combating waste, and promoting judicial reform.
