Mr. Son also affirmed that this event is a practical step in implementing the memorandum of understanding on enhancing economic and trade cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and the Shandong provincial government, signed in August 2024. Vietnam is committed to continuing to cooperate closely with China and other countries in the region, especially in the fields of food processing and tourism services, to promote sustainable economic growth and bring benefits to the business community as well as the people.
At the fair, typical Vietnamese products such as: Coffee, bird's nest, pho, dried vermicelli, fruit juice, spices, pia cake and processed fruit products received great attention from international businesses and consumers in Shandong. These products not only demonstrate the richness of Vietnamese cuisine but also reflect the trend of innovation in production technology and focus on green, safe materials, aiming for sustainable development.
Shandong provincial leaders, including Vice Governor Chen Ping, visited the Vietnamese pavilion and highly appreciated the quality and potential of the products on display. These products not only contribute to promoting Vietnamese cuisine but also open up opportunities to connect with many international partners, including distributors, restaurant chains and hotels from China and other countries attending the fair.
ACE Fair 2024 is not only a place to introduce products but also a forum to promote economic and cultural cooperation between participating countries. With a prominent presence at the event, Vietnam has contributed to spreading the value of national cuisine and culture, while affirming its position in the field of food and beverage in the international arena.
During the three days of the fair, the Vietnamese booth attracted a large number of visitors and received attention from investors and potential partners. Many contracts and cooperation agreements were signed, creating a premise for the sustainable development of the Vietnamese food and beverage industry in the international market.
ACE Fair 2024 marks an important step forward in efforts to expand the market, strengthen trade relations between Vietnam and China, and is also an opportunity for Vietnam to affirm its position in the community of countries with unique culinary cultures in the world.
