According to the Management Board of Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Projects and Economic Zones, Industrial Parks, the unit managing the industrial cluster, Tan Lien Industrial Cluster has an area of 67.6 hectares, has been in operation since 2012, currently has 15 enterprises in operation, 100% occupancy rate. The Management Board provides and manages public services and common utilities in the Industrial Cluster including: outer protection, supply of clean water for daily life, water for fire prevention and fighting, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, wastewater treatment, lighting, road cleaning, maintenance of green trees and grass to ensure proper procedures, safety, green, clean and beautiful. Environmental protection is concerned, there is a wastewater treatment station, ensuring regulations. At the same time, maintain and repair technical infrastructure, ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting.

The Management Board proposed that the city adjust the price of infrastructure services, drainage and wastewater treatment services because the previous unit price was based on the basic salary of VND 1,490,000, now increased to VND 1,800,000, the price of electricity increased, the price of chemicals for wastewater treatment increased by 15%. In the near future, from July 2024, the new salary policy will be applied, the cost will increase even more, causing difficulties for the Management Board to perform its tasks. Representatives of enterprises in the Industrial Cluster proposed that the city have solutions to help enterprises retain workers; support enterprises in building and protecting their brands.
