In the period from 2021-2023, despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, units still strive to overcome difficulties and improve operational efficiency. Traditional craft cooperatives are interested in investing in infrastructure, introducing and connecting travel companies to promote products. Propaganda work is promoted, local people are aware of their responsibility and role in preserving and maintaining traditional cultural values and developing tourism. Enterprises proactively expand many experiential activities to attract tourists.

After listening to the reports, recommendations and proposals of the units, the representative of the leaders of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Affairs Committee highly appreciated the implementation of legal policies on tourism development in the province in the period of 2021-2023 at the units; continue to promote the achieved results, gradually improve the quality of services at tourist destinations. Strengthen propaganda to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of the community in preserving traditional culture associated with tourism development; diversify tourism products to meet the needs of tourists; at the same time, record opinions and recommendations to synthesize and forward to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
