The Central Working Group led by Deputy Director of the Department of Data Collection and Application of Statistical Information Technology - Cao Quang Thanh had a monitoring session on the 2024 Mid-Term Population and Housing Census in Phuoc Van Commune, Can Duoc District.
The delegation attended interviews with investigators collecting information at households in Phuoc Van commune. Through this, the inspection and supervision delegation discovered obstacles, difficulties, systematic errors and other errors encountered in organizing the implementation of the survey in the area, helping the statistical offices to take timely measures to resolve them.
After the inspection, the Central Monitoring Delegation had a working session with the Can Duoc District Statistical Office to draw experience and direct the implementation of the next tasks in the investigation.
In Long An, the provincial Statistics Office is making efforts to speed up progress, setting a goal of striving to complete information collection before the April 30 deadline while still ensuring quality and survey plans./.
