On the evening of April 2 , the 60th anniversary of the founding of Sam Son city and the opening of the 2023 sea tourism festival will take place. Directly inspecting the field at the Sea Square area - the place where the Anniversary Ceremony was held, after listening to the units' reports on the plans for assigning and arranging forces to ensure security and order for the ceremony, Major General Tran Phu Ha directed the Sam Son City Police and the units assigned according to their functions and tasks to uphold their spirit, responsibility, comply with discipline, procedures, and working regimes, closely follow the assigned checkpoints and areas, proactively and seriously and effectively implement the plan to ensure security and order, traffic safety of the Provincial Police Director. Coordinate with local forces to guide and arrange vehicles for delegates and people to attend the ceremony, and at the same time arrange patrol teams and checkpoints combined with fixed ones to divide traffic, route, regulate traffic, prevent accidents and traffic jams, ensure fire and explosion safety and prevent crimes and violations of the law... with the highest goal of ensuring absolute safety throughout the ceremony's activities.
In particular, Sam Son City Police need to mobilize the maximum police force of wards and communes to coordinate with the provincial police forces to strengthen the synchronous implementation of security and order assurance plans. Maintain well armed patrol teams to prevent and combat crimes, absolutely do not let "sudden" or "unexpected" incidents occur that complicate security and order. In particular, the forces need to pay special attention to plans to prevent traffic congestion before and after the anniversary.
